A recipe for the classic Knorr spinach dip. A crunchy mix of spinach and water chestnuts in a Knorr soup and mayonnaise base. Serve it warm or cold and you can be sure it'll be a crowd-puller!
1 packet frozen chopped spinach, drained
1 Knorrās vegetable soup mix
1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
Combine the sour cream and mayonnaise together in a bowl. Pour in the soup mix, water chestnuts and spinach. Mix well and refrigerate for about four hours. This will help the vegetables in the soup mix to soften up. Stir before serving.
You could add in about 3 minced scallions into the mix for added taste and texture.
