An authentic recipe for a classic Guacamole dip. This spicy, Mexican recipe makes a dip that is a perfect accompaniment to tortilla chips or tacos.
4 deseeded and peeled, ripe avocados
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 crushed clove of garlic
1 finely chopped tomato
¼ cup finely chopped onion
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
3 drops hot pepper sauce
Mash the avocado, lemon juice and garlic together. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend the mixture.
Serve with tortilla chips.
If the dip turns brown on exposure to air, just skim a little of it off the surface.
