Who doesn’t like a slice of sinful, gooey, absolutely melt in the mouth chocolate cake? Here’s a recipe for chocolate cake that uses no flour at all! Try this gluten free delight for dinner tonight.
5oz. dark chocolate, chopped
5 oz. butter
¾ cup white sugar
½ cup cocoa
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 300 deg F. Grease an 8 “ round cake pan and dust it with cocoa powder.
Put the chocolate and butter in a bowl. Place the bowl over a pan of simmering water.
Once the chocolate and butter have melted, take the bowl off the heat. Stir in the sugar, cocoa, eggs and vanilla extract and blend until smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, before turning it out.
To serve the cake warm, place the slices in the microwave for about 20 seconds just before serving them.
