A light and refreshing fruit salad that you can serve as an appetizer or even as dessert. A great combination of melon, strawberries and pineapple.
4 cups cantaloupe cubes
4 cups honeydew cubes
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1 pint fresh strawberries
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
2 oranges, sectioned
In a large bowl, combine the melon cubes and corn syrup.Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
Stir in the strawberries, pineapple and oranges just before serving.
You can add fresh mint leaves as a garnish just before serving the salad.
