Diabetic Peach Pie

If you've got a sweet tooth but want to stay away from sugar, this recipe for peach pie is sure to satisy your craving. This no-bake pie is really simple to put together and makes a super healthy dessert.

Ingredients: 

1 cup sliced peaches
2 cups fat-free reduced-sugar peach yoghurt
8 oz. frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
1 reduced-fat Graham cracker crust (8 inches)

Directions: 

Divide the peaches into two portions. Take one portion of the peaches and chop them up finely. Add in the yoghurt and mix well. Gently fold in the whipped topping. Using a spoon, transfer this filling into the pie crust.

Cover and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or till the pie is firm. Top with the remaining portion of peaches just before serving.

Tips: 

For best results, use fresh peaches for this recipe.
