A quick and easy to make recipe for classic and elegant Blue Cheese dressing. A great way to turn a simple salad into a gourmet dish!
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder and salt and pepper and mix well. Gently stir in the cheese and chill the salad overnight.
You can use wine vinegar instead of cider vinegar.
