This tasty and satisfying dip is perfect for TV dinners. A fantastic combination of refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, tomatoes and black olives. Try it for a Tex-Mex dinner or serve it on just about any occasion.
1 can refried beans
1 cup guacamole
1/4 cup mayonnaise
8 oz. sour cream
1 oz. taco seasoning mix
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup black olives, drained
Place the refried beans at the base of a large serving dish. Spread the guacamole on top of the beans.
Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning mix together. Spread this mayonnaise mix on top of the guacamole.
Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over the mayonnaise mixture layer. For the topmost layer, sprinkle the tomato, green onions and black olives evenly over the cheese.
You could layer the dip inside a jar or large bowl instead of a serving dish.
